I just wanted to let you all know how impressed I am with the service that you and your colleagues provided on my recent purchase of an Indesit Washing Machine.

I can honestly say it is second to non from my initial phone call - so helpful and friendly - to a follow up phone call from your company to bring the delivery date forward (that's what I call service) and finally to the delivery chap who did ring as was promised to let us know he would be with us within the hour and arrived within the time stated and delivered the appliance in a very friendly and helpful manner.

The machine was well packed and arrived in pristine condition.

  Having discovered your company on the internet I phoned up and discussed buying a gas fire. Although it was bordering on 5.00 o’clock the young lady I spoke to was more than helpful and dealt with my questions with the upmost patience and politeness.
  It is rare to find good customer service these days, and having been a customer service co-ordinator myself for a major automotive company before I retired, I should know, because we prided ourselves on giving just that – excellent service!  We as a company sought feedback so that we knew how our customers felt about our service, hence my email to you.
  It goes without saying that I purchased the gas fire both because it was a competitive price and because of her excellent attitude.
  Unfortunately I didn’t ask the young ladies name, but no doubt you can pick it up via the above ref number. She was a delight to deal with and made me feel confidence that Fires & Cookers was an excellent company to do business with.

Overall I found the service very good. I searched through a few competitors when looking for the fire that I required and your price was the cheapest. One other competitor (can’t remember name) who stated on their website that they would try to match any other price could not match your price.   I called up fires-cookers as i needed to buy a number of goods due to remodelling the kitchen, my kitchen designers had offered to supply them but when i compared their prices to the ones on fires-cookers the savings were outstanding!
  I called up and spoke to John who took down all the items i wanted and told me he would have to get back to me as a couple of the items were not listed on the website and he needed to contact his suppliers.
  About half an hour later i received a call from John and much to my delight was able to supply everything I needed plus gave me a little extra discount as i was buying in bulk, which was fantastic seeing as they had already saved me so much.
  I requested the goods to be delivered on Friday and the driver to call me on his way which he did.
My kitchen is now finished and looks amazing,

  This was my first buy on line as I have only just started using the internet, I would have bought the same appliance from one of the high street shops but they would have charged me another £95!
  I had a few questions to ask first so I rang the sales number which was answered very quickly, the person I spoke to was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed, as I was still unsure about putting my details online I asked the gentleman if he could take my order over the phone which he did.

Ordered over the phone with Claire, who was helpful and polite. Fire had to be ordered, but we was still only waiting a week for delivery. Fire arrived on the day arranged, and the driver called an hour before to let me know he was on the way. Very pleased with the service and product.

One of the easiest websites to negotiate, with a calender allowing you to select your delivery date, and the option of their own delivery company on particular days in your area. Delivery was prompt as promised, and driver was very polite.

I have purchased a dryer and a washing mashine from Fires-Cookers.co.uk in the last 3 mounths.
These purchases experiences were positives in all aspect,except the surprise to have tne later item left in my entrance hall,the 2 delivery mens refusing to go up the stairs leading to my kitchen.Luckyly I have a 17 year old son who help me to finish the job.

Website was simple and easy to use. Selected a 'Green Day Delivery' of a Cannon cooker on the website's calender, and on the day of the delivery received a phone call from the company's own driver to notify he was on his way! Driver was polite and helpful. Overall very pleased with the service and the item
